Mitsubishi showed off their new Diamond line 1080p front projector at the show. The HC7000 uses three tweaked in D6 LCD panels and delivers a 72,000:1 contrast ratio with their dynamic iris system along with 1000 lumens. It also runs at a silent 17db.

The HC7000 features HQV Reon video processing and can be setup with a permanent anamorphic lens thanks to its video processing options. The projector has separate modes for 16x9 content and 2.35:1 material allowing you to leave a lens in place.

A one year bulb warranty is included and the HC7000 will retail for $3995 and ship in October.
